2. Scope of Services  

Laura B Henderson, LLC provides essential services including but not limited to:

Property maintenance and repair  

Cleaning and sanitation  

Landscaping and yard work  

Home improvement and renovation  

Emergency response services  

Other essential services as listed on our website or service agreement

Services may be performed by our in-house team or by qualified professionals we dispatch.

3. Third-Party Contractors  

We may assign third-party contractors to fulfill service requests. These contractors are vetted for quality and reliability. While we strive to ensure high standards, we are not liable for actions outside the scope of their assigned duties.

Clients agree to:

Allow access to the property at scheduled times  

Treat dispatched personnel respectfully and safely  

Notify us immediately of any issues or misconduct

4. Payment Terms  

All services are billed according to the agreed-upon rate or quote.  

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise specified.  

Late payments may incur a fee of 6.7%.

We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations  

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.  

Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.  

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or staffing issues.

6. Liability and Insurance  

We carry general liability insurance for services performed directly.  

Clients are responsible for securing valuables and ensuring safe working conditions.  

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages unless caused by gross negligence.

7. Privacy and Data  

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for service delivery and internal operations. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination  

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for:

Breach of these Terms  

Unsafe or hostile environments  

Non-payment or fraudulent activity

Clients may also terminate services with proper notice, subject to cancellation terms.

9. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County.

10. Amendments  

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
