1. Scheduling Appointments
Appointments may be requested via phone, email, or in person.
Services are scheduled based on availability and client needs.
Clients are encouraged to book at least 48 hours in advance when possible.
Same-day appointments may be accepted depending on staff availability.
2. Confirmation
All appointments will be confirmed via phone, email, or text.
Clients must respond to confirm within 24 hours of receiving notice.
Unconfirmed appointments may be released to other clients.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new confirmation.
Frequent rescheduling may affect future booking priority.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or limited future access to services.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Company-Initiated Changes
Laura B. Henderson LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to staffing, safety, or operational needs.
Clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternative options.
6. Arrival and Preparedness
Clients should be ready at the scheduled time and location.
Delays of more than 15 minutes without notice may result in cancellation or reduced service time.
