While we strive to deliver high-quality service, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This Limitation of Liability Policy outlines the extent to which Laura B. Henderson LLC is responsible for damages or losses related to its services.

1. General Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laura B. Henderson LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,

 consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of income, business, or reputation  

Service delays or interruptions  

Equipment failure or property damage not caused by gross negligence  

2. Service-Specific Risks

Clients acknowledge that certain services—such as food handling or physical labor—may carry inherent risks. Laura B. Henderson

 LLC is not liable for:

Injuries resulting from unsafe client environments  

Health-related issues arising from client-provided materials or instructions  

Outcomes beyond our control, including third-party interference or weather-related disruptions  

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide a safe and compliant workspace  

Communicate clearly about service expectations and limitations  

Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their own operations  

Failure to meet these responsibilities may limit or void any liability claims.

4. Maximum Liability

In any case where Laura B. Henderson LLC is found liable, the total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

5. No Warranty

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Laura B. Henderson LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome, suitability, or fitness of services for a particular purpose.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Los Angeles County.
