This Governing Law clause applies to all agreements, policies, and services provided by Laura B. Henderson LLC, including but not limited to food handling, general support, and other non-licensed essential services.

All matters arising out of or relating to the operations, services, and policies of Laura B. Henderson LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the "State of California", without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and all parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

This clause applies to clients, employees, contractors, and any other parties engaging with Laura B. Henderson LLC.
